When I departed from my husband in a family problem, I left my children in my mother’s home in Sivakasi for their studies. For continuing my final year I approached Sudar for my living arrangements. Sudar Foundation arranged living arrangements for me at Shalom home. Shalom provided me free accommodation. Sudar provided me scholarship for my studies. Sudar is my mother, and Shalom is my step mother. I never forget Sudar and Shalom in my life.

I am married with two children. I joined LDC to do my B.A.Tamil in the year 2007. I heard about the Women’s Education Project through my college when I was financially struggling to continue my studies. I applied for scholarship in Sudar. For the past two years, I have been receiving a scholarship from WEP’s Sudar Foundation. Whenever I get fed up in my life, Sudar foundation gives me a hand to uplift me and give confidence. Sudar foundation not only gives scholarships, it also helps us in all ways, for library reference, workshops, courses, internet facilities and job guidance. I am not able to purchase costly books but the Sudar foundation purchased the books needed for my academics and kept them in Sudar Library for reference. Through internet facilities at Sudar, I could search my curriculum topics for my assignments and projects.

Sudar Foundation facilitated me in my studies. I get countless help from Sudar.
