What We Do
WEP equips NGO partners with a proven, scalable career-readiness program that combines sisterhood, an extended network, experiential, project-based learning, and mobile technology, enabling young women to pursue and sustain careers of their choosing.
Our Approach
Women ages 15-24, attend our Leadership Academy. In this vision-expanding curriculum, rooted in a sisterhood and using community resources, young women gain confidence, skills and an awareness of how they want to participate in the world. While at the Leadership Academy, they

Our Program
WEP’s Leadership Academies, housed within effective NGO partners (across India), are supported by our Women’s Collaboration Lab, our training and resource center.

Leadership Academy
In this 4 pillared program rooted in sisterhood, students explore 11 career paths, supported by LAMP (a tech support platform), an extensive network and an Alumnae Association. The Academy is completed in 1-2 years, .
Women's Collaboration Lab
The Collaboration Lab is WEP’s core training and resource center, provides an incubator and consortium for NGO partners, enhances the curriculum, tech, measurement and the network.
