The Forum
WEP’s annual Forum gathers international thought leaders working towards gender equality. Past topics have included NGO collaboration, gender lens investing, technology and change, celebrating first generation college women and recently, the pandemic’s disproportionate effects on women and girls, and the importance of supporting leadership and decision making power of women at the grassroots level to truly resolve social and economic problems.

The Red Bangle Award
The Red Bangle is presented annually to an exceptional woman or women “who by her life andaccomplishments demonstrates the eloquence of the human spirit and inspires others to higher goals.”
